Introduction: Filmmakers use dermatologic findings to help the audiences decipher between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ characters by portraying villains with recognizable skin findings. The objective of this study was analyze 18 Disney live-action movies in relation their earlier animated releases determine whether there were changes or correlation about how industry portrayed certain based on roles as heroes villains. Methods: To better understand dermatological are changing film industry, eighteen compared for portrays Results: Film antagonists depicted significantly more than protagonists (p<0.0001). In addition, frequency periorbital hyperpigmentation (p=0.02) nasolabial folds (p=0.05) higher verses protagonists. Conclusion: These have important implications content directed toward children.
